One inbox, read by John — the former Microsoft engineer who builds the tools and writes the guides here. Email is the way to reach SysOSX; there is no support desk and no ticket system, just a person who answers.

What to write about

A tool result looks wrong. Send the tool name, the domain you checked and, for server checks, the report link. Wrong results are bugs we want — several tools on this site exist because a reader mailed in a case the first version got wrong.

An LLM price is out of date. Prices are re-verified weekly, but providers move faster than any weekly cycle. Send the model and a link to the official pricing page and the leaderboard will be corrected ahead of schedule.

An article has an error, or you want one that does not exist. Corrections are applied to the original article, not buried in comments. New-topic suggestions are read and kept; the queue is ordered by how many people seem to need the answer.

Your data. To ask what we hold or to have a waitlist address or stored report deleted, write with “Privacy” in the subject — see the privacy policy for what exists to delete.

What not to send here

myeventwatch accounts and billing. Monitoring is a separate service; its own site at myeventwatch.com handles account support, so messages about subscriptions get a faster answer there.

“Can you fix my server?” SysOSX publishes tools and guides, not consulting. If a guide almost solves your problem but stops one step short, that gap is worth an email — it is exactly how the guides get better.

Response time

This is a small, deliberately small operation. Most mail is answered within a few days; pricing corrections and broken-result reports jump the queue because they fix the site for everyone.
